Worst run. Ever. Plan was to go out for a 5.5 miler or so at my normal long distance pace. Within the first quarter had to shit but pushed through, about half mile later threw up. For the first time. The third time this happened I called it quits. Had a little too much dinner tonight and didnt let it settle I guess. Thoroughly pissed off because i wasnt tired at all and wanted to up my weekly mileage, however getting up early tomorrow to avoid the heat and humidity. Not sure what im gonna do.
