Comments:
By which I mean, I showed up at the track workout as it started. So no warmup. I ran with group 6 for a while, ended up running about halfway between groups 5 and 6 by the end. Workout was 3 miles at about 6:24ish pace, two minute break, 1 mile at 6:00 flat. I'll take it.
