Comments:
Like last spring, I busted out a mini massage ball and worked the calves the past couple of days. They're definitely sore and borderline strained. But it helped enough to allow me to run this 5 miler pain-free.

I started out quite slow but got back up the a good pace by the end, with just a bit of achiness at the base of the R heel. Other than that, tip-top. This is a good sign.

Lifted afterwards.
