Comments:
Went for the run at 10AM, after plugging away on some "errands", including working on my trip photo albums. Some of my clothes were still wet from last night's run, so I did my circuit before the run, while my stuff was in the dryer.

I felt pretty good on this run. The heel was great -- the double heel lifts definitely help, along with the 2x/day calf massage -- but my energy was so-so. The pace was pretty good -- 6:40s on Hell's.

I made a pit stop at the UWRF library, then ran through campus and downtown. Pretty good run overall, especially since I was able to do ten, pain-free. That's a nice step forward.
