Comments:
PRE for warm-up for the AT. Ran into Matt on the trail so I doubled back and ran w/him 'til I started my AT. Per usual: strides x4 and a pee beforehand.

3 mile tempo: 5:33, 5:31, 5:24. Did NOT feel good — felt like I was bonking. Don’t think the veg soup and salmon nugget was enough chow last night…especially in absence of BEER. I never look at my watch on these ‘til after…I’m glad I was running this pace for how “not relaxed” I felt.
