Weather: Kinda nice actually

Comments:
After this mornings run came home pretty much depressed. Sat in the shower for like an hour haha. Then decided to grow a pair and that I was going out later to run a good 2 miler. Changed things up a bit, instead of short fast strides tried going back to my longer strides and didn't look at my watch til the end. Ended up running an 11 second pr but still not exactly pleased. Ive been trying to break 12 pretty much all summer, I'll do it before the start of the season though.
