Comments:
No brace this time. Should start to ween off of it. still no equilibrium in the left and right legs, but I didnt feel too bad during the run. Got sore afterward though. Lower back is still feeling odd. Im sure all i need is time to strengthen the hip. the knee is feeling fine i would say. Still trying to come to terms with the amount of patience an injury requires.

Saw Craighead, andris, and claire. Talked to them for a while. sounds like they are all running along nicely. Disappointed that I couldnt run with craighead this summer.
