Comments:
coached the CG practice with Brandon and killed the little guys in circuit training. I'll be sore tomorrow but the 400s were 2 easy, 2 medium, and 2 hard. splits were (1:40-1:40-1:25-1:26-1:10-1:06) and we did 5 core workouts in between each 400 for about 4min total.
