Comments:
We did a 2K warmup before doing 3x1 mile repeats @ YCP this evening. Very solid workout tonight, much better than Monday's as a whole. I took the girls out on the first one in 6:48 and then after that they did 2 more in the range of 6:00 to 7:15 for most of them. ez jog backs in between to the top to restart.put them into groups of 3 on number 2 and in singles with 30 second intervals between starts on number 3.
K cooldown with stretching.. good night of training
