CD to SOverlook to house 6

felt really good today. the last 2ish miles were at a slightly easier effort, this could have been closer to 34:30 w/o struggling. happy with my fitness at this point but no time to get content. temperature probably made this workout feel considerably easier than past weeks. plus, my body knew that the hill workout was 3 days ago, not 2 days previous.

just checked last week's workout, same exact time whereas last week was about an 8 difficulty and this was about a 6.
