ran in the morning today at least, so the heat wasnt nearly as bad, but it  still got fairly narly by the end of it all.  did a few different loops, felt pretty good, tryin to find some hills to do one of these days (its gonna be rough no matter where i go) but on the whole im glad i could push as hard as i did today.  sore legs, i needa stretch more.  and keep hydrated!
