Exercise Type: Run
Weather: very nice!
Comments:
Felt good but sprinted down the hill on the way back and realized that my right shin hurt when I ran down the hill. Then my right calf hurt after practice, I should have ice bathed.
Note: these are not real injuries! These are merely the product of an over-protective mental state that I am in, probably due to the failing economy. If Wall Street can't handle itself, who can? Kenyon XC ladies, that's who. Old boots. Tough as.
