Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Hot, but sorta pleasant
Comments:
Error in scheduling yesterday made me take off, did get some decent swimming in though. Anyways went out at 11:15 this morning, tried a new route adding some more neighborhood loops and such. Alot of hills that slowed me down a little. 1st mile was 7:28 didn't get splits after that. Felt good, not tired but not too easy either, for once..usually the opposite on distance runs. Not really too much more than my daily mileage but ran it all at once today instead of breaking it up into hard and fast intervals. After the run did 4x100m striders. Haven't decided what I'm doing tomorrow
