Weather: low 60s, but pretty dry
  
  Comments: 
I woke up early today -- around 0700 -- and had my tea and Clif.  I wasn't sure what I'd do today, so I lifted and did my circuit before anything, and I wrapped that up by around 0800.
After doing a bunch of errands, I decided to just run in RF.  I thought about running in EC today, as I had to go visit my mini-storage, but I figured I'd knock it out, eat lunch, then go.
The run went pretty well today.  Not a very smart choice, this loop, considering how hilly and uneven this loop is.  However, it IS a sweet loop that's pretty mint from all the biking use.  I determined the bike loop itself is damn near 5 miles of unique trail (with a myriad of possible add-ons, I'm sure), and there and back, it's damn near 10.  Stopped in BK on the way home to grind one.
Although I sit here enjoying a ginger cookie at "The Kinni Lounge" (http://www.kinnicoffee.com/), I'm quite happy that I seem to have my nutrition back in check, again.  Who knows where it'll be when I start working next week, but I'm glad to be back to normal eating, and eating lots of fruit and veg.  I also hope this better nutrition will help my running finally take off this fall.
