New weekly mileage record. The elusive 300 has been obtained.
day off because of rain. Pounded out a couple hours on my bike in the downpour. Knew this was the opportunity. This was my day. Left the house with two PB and banana sandwiches.

By my best calculation this week's goal took 18 and a half hours and around 13,400 calories. That's kinda cool.

Now I want a 1000 miles for a month.
