Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Cool, got hot as the run went along though

Comments:
I got nipple chafing for the first time ever! Theres a blister on the top of my left nipple and its tender and sucks. Contrary to that this run did not suck. It actually went by really fast and I felt controlled the whole time.
Last week I feel like I was running on the edge the whole time. I ran fast but I generally did not enjoy the run and I think I went too fast that day for my own good. Today was completely different. I repeted to my self "control" during the run and generally kept the whole run that way. I got excited a couple times but was able to reign myself back in. This made the run much more enjoyable.
In other news my father has finally finnished his car shopping and setteled on the Toyota Prius. I drove it for the first time last night and I can tell you its a disconcerting expirience. It doesn't make any noise! You'll be sitting at a light and the car will be dead silent which was just a huge forign consept for me.
Also I feel like this summer has been real good for me. I took my resting heart rate this morning: 36. I didn't believe that and took it again and got 40 thats between 4 and 8 beats per minute slower than when I was taking it in the winter which shows I've made aerobic gains this summer.
Streach and Roll after but no ice bath because I felt pretty good leg wise after ward.
