Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
A ran a 2 mile loop in town and then went down fisher for a fartlek. I waited until I was 10 minutes into the run (and down a big hill which would have been pointless to go real fast down) and then followed a 3:00 1:30 and 0:30 hard interval cycle, with half recovery except for the 0:30 where I had 0:30 recovery.
I enjoyed it..it was a good run and a beautiful day. I ran around 4. And the 70 mile week felt good.
