Felt terrible. Time is somewhat estimated because I stopped it when I stopped for traffic and forgot to restart it, not sure how long it was off, but I think it's close. Not really sure what the problem was today, just wasn't feeling it at all, so I cut it short of what was planned, although I had hoped that this route was still about 5.5. Oh well. Hoping tomorrow is a much better day.
