Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
swam 800 yards at the Y. arms are going to be sore tomorrow. could have gotten in more but i wanted to quit while i was ahead on my first day of swimming. hopefully i'll be at 1000-1200 or so tomorrow. i'll be swimming and biking only over the next several days, hoping my knee will be good to run again saturday...mainly because that's when i'll no longer have access to a bike or pool so if i can't run by then then i'll have 4 or 5 days of absolutely nothing but core work...which i really don't want to have to do.
