CD mile on the track then through campus to NP, St James, Cedar, PKT

since Tim went home this week, instead of doing Mayfield hills I went to do the track workout with a group that Chris meets with every Tuesday at 6pm. On my way there I decided I wanted to run the 600s and 1000s @ 9:36 2 mile pace, or 1:48-600s / 3:00-1000s. I'm ok with how this went considering I slept from 5am-11am this morning and didn't use spikes
