Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
I felt bad about not being able to do the A1 workout today, so I decided to do an interval workout in the water. I did six repeats of one lap, which I define as going from the 10ft deep end to the 5ft mark and then back again (taking both there and back to equal one lap). At an average pace this takes me about 5 minutes, and during the workout I was averaging about 3:30-3:40 minutes. That probably makes this equivalent to about a 6 by 1000m workout at A3-A4 (I was probably a little bit past threshold). My rest was treading in water for 30 seconds (no touching the wall or the ground). I also did a warm up and cool down.
