This was not one of my better workouts of the year. Coach told me to lead the second group today, so I sort of kept us together and called out our pace. I had a cramp and felt sort of drained before we began. She "let us go" after the first three and I almost didn't know what to do, so I just kept the same pace. I did not feel the greatest doing that even. I guess the workout should have felt kind of easy, but it wasn't that easy.
