Weather: muggy but not bad

met kenny at the track to do our workouts he had 200's I had circuit.
Was really hoping I was feeling good, I haven't in a while.
got to the track a lil later than I expected.
800 on the track, up valley brook, cross NH, down Warrenton, back to the track, stopped to get water real quick, ran on the track, 800m?
did a ton of drill type stuff to WU, I love doing that.
leg swings, high knees, A skip, butt kicks Proper way, B skip, leg kick outs in front and back, might have done others I cant remember, hurdle drills
should have done more dynamic stretching but didnt...
did circuit, see weights for more.
after circuit was completed, did 2x200 with kenny, at 5k pace just for kicks and giggles.
44 high and 41.
felt ok... not too taxing, legs were fine aerobically was just tired from workout out for such a long time, foot was also a lil sore.
