Weather: 60/humid? almost warm

Comments:
Willamette Bike path “Minutes” (1-1-2-2-3-3-2-2-1), a bit faster — covered an extra 100m. Ran in the MUSHAS, which are a terrific shoe! An “absurdly awesome” amount of forefoot cushioning with just enough torsional control and heel. I think they could be a good marathoner!

Felt reasonably strong, but seemingly not sustainable for "10K pace", which I was hoping 5-teens would be...
