Comments:
Thunderstorms rolled through and took ten degrees of heat, but left the humidity behind. They also did not take away my stomach issues and I spent the entirety of this run with horrible cramps. I originally planned to do my "long" run for the week (12 miles), but decided that the first seven were all I could gut out. Oddly enough, I was somewhat surprised how fast I went anyway, as this route is easily 15 seconds a mile slower than North Park.
