feeling great- long run/ interval stuff at community park

so my timing was not perfect, but i know i did a three minute warmup off-course, probably .4 miles. then i ran with ryan mostly, but other people also at times. the first lap was a bunch of people going at a descent speed, probably about 7:00 pace, and the second lap was when ryan and i picked it up a lot. i was with ryan the whole time, except he got a few seconds ahead at the end, but i was feeling really good so im happy with that. i didnt have a split between the first and second lap, but the second lap was definately under 6:00 pace, so that was a good workout. then we stopped and did a recovery lap, then stoped again, then did a barefoot lap, then stopped again and then finished with a lap with john mccarthy. i felt really good today, better than i have in a long time.
