Really not sure what to do. Still feeling pretty bad. Obviously not hitting the mileage for the week and I'm wondering if I should take a day (or two?) off of running and just cross train so that I'm not totally dead for camp and for preseason. So yeah the Dash at Dusk is obviously not happening now and I just hope I can get back to normal. I'm fairly certain most of this comes from getting back to a normal routine, I just didn't expect the transition to be quite this rough, or last this long.

On another note, my right leg, hamstring area specifically, has been a little sore and my leg just feels weak and is somewhat hard to lift. Need to watch it.
