Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
planning on an out and back, didnt really end up that way. down garfield on 34th street down mass past the bridge a few blocks steady. up Mass hard. then, down fulton to Normanstone area up that hill tempo. then to cleveland down cleveland and back up. i didnt think a hill could go on longer, and its in sight so it looks neverending. cooldown and only 4 striders. crunches after.
(tried to come up with a witty name for this run because i thought it could possibly. didnt really work.)
overall sucessful run/workout and very pleased before tomorrow. ill be back soon!!!
