Comments:
1300 yards. 300 swim, 100 kick, 4x50 (~50s per interval) on 1:10, 100 kick, 4x(2x25) with ~13-15s between reps and 30s between "sets" (if you want to call them that...~22s first ~24-25 for the second on each "set"). 100 kick, 300 cooldown. heart rate really got up there on 25's...it was at 165-170 at the end of the last one. a good workout, but since I could only flutter kick because breast stroke kick was bothering my knee last night, my hip flexors are going to be really sore tomorrow. leaving tomorrow for Indiana and then going to Kenyon!
