Comments:
At least it wasn't humid! Felt pretty good, recovered for 400 after each mile. Thought about doing 4, but I was pretty cooked after the 3rd. The screwy long track makes it a little difficult to hit times, even with the GPS. Cool down was tough, couldn't get HR down below 160. Probably too hard on the last repeat.
