Comments:
Warmup/cooldown was running to the track from home.
16 200's w/ 200 recovery jog. first one was fast cause i needed to find my bearings a little.

each lap was between 1:35-1:40 meaning i kept my recovery jog at around the same speed. Very happy with today, felt good to move like that again.
