Comments:
did a 3-2-1 workout with the boys today at the cumberland monestary, it felt allright. did the first 2 sets with killian and apps but they had ran a race yesterday so they stopped after that and i did the last one alone. they actually were too fast for me for the first 2, which suprised me a little but oh well. maybe i just had a bit of an off day. knee feels a bit weird now that im logging this. oh and we didnt cool down, which was a bad plan ill admit. guessed mileage
