Comments:
Felt good, probably because I ran for minutes and not miles so I wasent stressing about pace. I only know I ran the first 3 miles at about 8 minute pace, really easy on the mountain run course. Afterwords I tacked on 25 more minutes of "free running" for about 7 miles.
