Ran with Bryan Mock, so we ran pretty slow. Just as well. Felt horrible starting out. Took a full two miles just to get my stride, but still wasn't feeling great. About when I started to loosen up, Bryan decided he needed to walk. I kept going coming back and getting him a couple times.
