Comments:
ran 10 with mudd then did 3 easy on my own. miles 1-6 were 6:50 pace then we did another 10minutes to the track where we did about 1.25 barefoot then back to his house where i did my last 3 on the soccer fields. we iced in Muddy Rivers afterwards too.
