Warmed up 2.5 miles in training shoes then did 300 fast on the track, 1 min. rec. jog, 4 x 600 (track/grass) w/2 min. rec., 300 fast, 2 x 600 w/2 min. rec. jog between, then had to coach progressive so no cool down.
