Beaches and hills -- this is an oldie but a goodie. These repeats were very consistent for me right around the 2:25 mark and we knocked out the 6 very quickly. Rorie had some amazing times, but overall I'd have liked to see more consistency in my group's times.

I wasn't feeling super fresh today but I was thinking a lot about staying relaxed. Everything felt great until about the hill and then I forgot about being relaxed and just tried to quick step/high knee against gravity over that lump of dirt. It was all downhill from there. . .

Good work everybody; that's a tough workout that we can proudly put back on the shelf for next time.
