trail warmup of 15 minutes
4x1K's with 3:00 recoveries in between going 4:00 each one. We had to have 6 go under 4:00 on number 4 and the rest under 4:30 or we would do another, mission accomplished.. good quality workout from all. barefoot mile cooldown..
