Comments:
Woke up after drinking two metric ass tons of booze, 0 water and no hangover. Don't know how, but, not gonna argue it.

Started running, plan was to do 7-8 in the morning and then another 6-7 at night. After about 2 miles I got a little bit of 'irritation' that made running very, very unpleasant. I must have slept in some awkward position last night or something. Cut the run short and the chafe damage that was done meant my night run was going to be cut short too. Annoying, but whatever. In all honesty, my body hated me at this point. Three nights of terrible sleep, 0 naps, poor diet, excessive drinking and then I was about to throw a 2 a day on it. Yep, taking a cut in mileage this week isn't going to hurt me.

I do plan on a solid week of miles next week though. Weather is finally cooling off.
