Weather: perfect
Comments:
2 miles out and back. I felt really good, better than I expected. Things are starting to click for me now, I'm getting back in shape.
I backed off during the last half mile because I didn't want to waste energy since there's still practice tonight. Hopefully that's not bad but I don't like to lay it all on the table unless it's a race.
