1.6 in 10:17 Little quick but felt fine.

The Run

4.85 miles on the Rail Trail in 28:27.

Didn't mean to go that fast. Was just trying to do uptempo pace and nothing too hard, but something comfortable and wound up doing that. The last 1.5 miles I eased up and ran easy in as a cool down and because I didn't want to be going to hard for too long two days before a meet.
