The Workout

6x800s @ 2:26 pace w/ 3 minute recovery.

Felt amazing. My hamstrings were working at full force but I wasn't tired at all and never had a point where I had to fight at all to keep going. Ran way ahead of pace and it wasn't necessarily cool outside either. He also gave us an extra minute to recover in between the fourth and fifth. Really I wish the recovery was only a 200 jog or 2 minute break. I think I was tight for the fifth because of the extra minute recovery. Did a 200 jog after every one though, sometimes more.
