Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
we did this silly figure 8 thing. I feel like I pulled my hamstring. They need to do more running and less agility drills. Drills for more than half of practice is just not necessary. You get better by running, not hopping up in down and jumping over cones. Oh well, I am not head coach, so there ain't nothing I can do. 5 miles before practice.
