Comments:
short and really easy. its nice that 7:30s feel easy again, even if its only for 3 miles. i ran in my old normal shoes again too...my feet/knees were starting to hurt when i wore the nike frees so im going to try and mix it up. my hip felt fine.
oh. and its making me very sad reading everyones pre season/ camp logs. i would kill for another year running at case. it feels so weird not to be back.
