Weather: perfect weather
Comments:
The weather was absolutely perfect during the entire workout. It was sunny out, but there was a nice breeze and the temperature was cool. We did six mile repeats. The first two were at tempo pace, next to at about 10k race pace, then the last two were slightly faster. I felt good on the first three, bad on the fourth one, then I felt great again during the last two. My splits were: 5:14, 5:19, 4:58, 4:52, 4:45, 4:43. Sean and I really got moving on the last one. I'm really happy with this workout. The times would have been even faster if it not been done on the course.
