Weather: 75 degrees

Comments:
Warmed up a little longer probably like 3 miles.

5k race- 16:34, 15th. Solomon Halie totally domalished the field running a 15:25. I dont know whats up with me but I need to get my shit together and fast if I want a chance at qualifying for footlocker.

tacked on 4.5 miles when we got back to the school becasue I didnt get a chance to cool down after the race.

on a side note- I think I warmed up a little to long. I noticed some of the top guys in the race only did some easy jogging before the race. Next up is Bull Run, im going to warm up for about a mile of easy running with some strides and stretching and see if that leaves some energy in the tank to finally prove my self.
