Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
1 mile before the time trial, 4 miles after, 5 total. It was hard for me to watch the time trial and not run it, but I gotta say, I was very impressed with the performances of the guys in the trial. They looked solid. They looked like a NATIONAL caliber team. I see top 15 potential, but the key word is potential. Its a long season. This is going to be exciting. I can't wait to be part of it.

On another note, I finally picked up the new Four Year Strong CD. Excellent investment: every song is terrific.
