Comments:
Did my morning run today from Veale. Ran around on North Park to Coventry with a few detours to show people the houses. Felt okay my calves are destroyed from running yesterday but other than that I'm fine. Pretty good relaxed run. Did hurdles with Carter and lifted with Grese after. Did upper body stuff
