Comments:
Ran on the farm for workout number two today. Ran the 5k course to get ready for intersquad and then did the rest in the woods. Felt tired running today. This is the first time I've doubled this summer and with the time trial yesterday I could definitly feel it. This kept things controled though which was good. Kinda just ran for time. Streached and rolled at the farm and then did the other extras in the suite after dinner.
Static 3, Roll, buddies from 8 (these sucked), bear, hip stuff (Sly's stuff from last year plus some straight raises)
