Comments:
ran with CG today. they ran 1.5 miles(x2) then mile repeats(x3) all with a minute rest in between so i ran easy except for mudd's last 2 miles where i ran the first half mile with him then jogged across the loop to recover for a minute and then did the last quarter with him. we ran 5:17 and 5:18 for each of the miles i did with him.
